Main Responsibilities:
- Represent the Bank through phone and personal interaction with business partners.
- Deliver and presentation to costumer when need of Bank’s products and take initiative as necessary to sales products and services.
- To standby as the teller from time to time when needed.
- Manage the telephone exchange section, coordinate with the various departments regarding visitors, and monitor incoming and outgoing persons.
- Work closely with all Department to deliver document in and out
- Arrange the transportation and control report
- Receive, note and deliver in-coming mails
- Receive and note out-going mails and give to messenger
- Other tasks are assigned by supervisors
Main Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year working experience at receptionist/customer service area.
- Good customer service.
- Willingness and aptitude to be observed, coached and trained.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Ability in spoken and written English communication.
