Main Responsibilities:

  • Represent the Bank through phone and personal interaction with business partners.
  • Deliver and presentation to costumer when need of Bank’s products and take initiative as necessary to sales products and services.
  • To standby as the teller from time to time when needed.
  • Manage the telephone exchange section, coordinate with the various departments regarding visitors, and monitor incoming and outgoing persons.
  • Work closely with all Department to deliver document in and out
  • Arrange the transportation and control report
  • Receive, note and deliver in-coming mails
  • Receive and note out-going mails and give to messenger
  • Other tasks are assigned by supervisors

Main Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year working experience at receptionist/customer service area.
  • Good customer service.
  • Willingness and aptitude to be observed, coached and trained.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Ability in spoken and written English communication.
