Job Responsibilities

  1. HR Management
    • Recruitment plan according to operational needs.
    • Prepare and conduct a short-list for a job interview with job candidates.
    • Prepare employment contracts for new employees.
    • Prepare the list of staff in and out and the monthly salary list of employees.
    • Prepare and apply various requirements from various relevant ministries and institutions.
    • Organize and apply compliance with the Ministry of Labor and Vocational Training.
    • Prepare documents, announcements, insurance for employees and insurance of company property.
    • Manage, monitor and evaluate staff performance.
    • Organize and coordinate training for staff with relevant parties.
    • Attend WorldBridge Group team workshops related to human resource management.
    • Manage and administer company uniforms for annual staff.
  2. Branch Management
    • Manage and strengthen discipline for all branches of staff.
    • Manage all employees’ leave requests.
    • Manage and monitor the presence and absence of staff in all branches.
    • Solve various problems related to all branches
  3. Liaise with relevant ministries, departments and institutions
    • Compliance with the various declaration issued by the Ministry of Labour and Vocational Training.
    • Collect vehicle identification card from all branches to be charged with the car registration unit monthly.
    • Prepare Pawn Ticket from relevant branches to stamp at the Ministry of Economy and Finance.
    • Other tasks as assigned by manager.
