Within Worldbridge Land, one of its key real estate portfolios has taken the lead to develop the Worldbridge Sports Village (WBSV) Project, which is located adjacent to Morodok Techo National Stadium, in the north of Phnom Penh, the capital city of the Kingdom of Cambodia. WBSV will be the first sports township project of its type in South East Asia, built to house the athletes, coaches, and referees during the SEA Games 2023 and then be handed over to the buyers. WBSV will create a sustainable sports township that allows people of all ages and nationalities to reside within an area built to keep them fit and healthy while providing all relevant amenities to support the requirements of the residents, tenants, and the public. There will be thousands of residential units, with a vast selection of types and price ranges to accommodate all buyer’s needs.
WBSV shall allocate more than sufficient retail, healthcare, sports, medical hospitality, entertainment, and educational components to ensure it is a crucial hub for the area.
WBSV has ensured to understand the synergy that Morodok Techo National Sports Complex offers and shall cooperate together to ensure all types of sports activities are available.
